Refund & Exchange Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return through our Royal Mail Returns Portal and send it back to Team Bloomfields.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased online can be exchanged within our 28-day return period. Once the original item has been returned and accepted, we will send out the requested replacement item.

Free Returns for Online Orders

We offer free returns on all online orders within our 28-day return period.

To arrange your return or exchange, scan the QR code on your delivery note and complete the returns request form. Once submitted, a prepaid Royal Mail returns label will be generated for you to either print at home or have printed at your local Post Office.

Please complete the returns slip included with your order and send it back with your item.

Please note that clearance and sale items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Damages, Issues or Incorrect Items Received

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges for Items Purchased at Shows

Items purchased at shows, events, or trade stands may be exchanged; however, customers are responsible for the cost of returning these items to us. Items purchased at shows, events, or trade stands are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Please include a note with your name, contact details, and the item you would like in exchange. Proof of purchase will be required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Consumer Rights

This returns and exchange policy is in addition to your rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.
