Team Bloomfields June Best-Seller Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter: The promoter is Team Bloomfields Limited, registered address: Unit 6 St. Georges Business Centre, St. Georges Square, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England, PO1 3EY 

  2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the giveaway are excluded from entering.

  3. No Purchase Necessary: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  4. Agreement to Rules: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. How to Enter: Entries must be submitted via Facebook or Instagram by following the official account, liking the promotional post, and commenting with a guess of the June best-selling product. Tagging friends and sharing the post are optional actions and will not exclude an entrant if omitted due to platform privacy settings.

  6. Closing Date: The closing date for entries is 29th June 2026 at 23:59 BST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

  7. The Prize: The prize consists of Team Bloomfields Limited’s May best-selling product, valued at £45.99 RRP. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice if circumstances beyond control occur.

  8. Winner Selection: This is a game of skill. The winner will be randomly drawn from all correct guesses submitted before the closing deadline. If no participants guess the exact product correctly, the winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received.

  9. Winner Notification & Announcement: The winner will be announced publicly on Facebook and Instagram on 30th June 2026 at 10:00 AM BST. The winner will be contacted directly via Direct Message (DM) from the official verified account within 24 hours of the announcement. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

  10. Data Privacy: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
